Summer Berry Chia Popsicles


  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup chia seeds


  1. Set aside chia seeds and blend all other ingredients until smooth
  2. Slowly pour in chia seeds, whisking while you go to avoid clumps
  3. Pour the mixture into push pop moulds, and freeze at least two hours or until solid. 

*For a smoother, less icy texture, we recommend freezing the ingredients in an ice cream machine first before putting in the push pop moulds, or try freezing the strawberries before blending.
