Summer Berry Chia Popsicles
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- Set aside chia seeds and blend all other ingredients until smooth
- Slowly pour in chia seeds, whisking while you go to avoid clumps
- Pour the mixture into push pop moulds, and freeze at least two hours or until solid.
*For a smoother, less icy texture, we recommend freezing the ingredients in an ice cream machine first before putting in the push pop moulds, or try freezing the strawberries before blending.
